Discontinuing Ivy Direct Merchandise

Ivy Direct merchandise, integrated into this site as a unique line of products for my personal branding, was a small project that I started in the COVID era to play around with e-commerce technology (Stripe) and product design.

Quite obviously, I did not make a lot of money from it being public, but I thought it was really enjoyable to have my designs on some tangible, physical things rather than software. Now that I've moved onto other projects and have less time, I've decided to discontinue the merchandise line from public purchase.

This helps me reduce the amount of time I need to spend maintaining and updating sites that I actively run, and is part of a larger effort to streamline my online presence - for example, transitioning my GitHub demos and apps onto app.ivy.direct to ensure that they stay accessible through the next years and hopefully decades.
